Manuscripts for Kasasi : Journal of Law can be in the form of thoughts or results of studies/research. Manuscripts are written in English in a narrative style. Chapters are kept simple, avoiding nested chapters as much as possible.Tables and figures must include the source.
Tables, figures, and mathematical equations are numbered consecutively according to their occurrence.

Instructions for Each Section of the Manuscript
Title. The title should be no more than 15 words in English.
Author Data. Contains the full names of all authors without titles, the author's institutional affiliation and the address of one of the authors for correspondence (email, Affiliation).
Abstract. Written in English, with a maximum of 300 words for each abstract. each abstract and contains 3 things: the topic discussed, the methodology used, and the results or evidence obtained.
Keywords. Written in English with a maximum of 5 subjects. Keywords contain words or phrases that are frequently used in the manuscript and are considered representative and/or related to the topic discussed.
Introduction. The introduction at least contains the background and objectives of the study/research, relevant previous studies, problems or hypotheses that will be tested in the paper, a brief description of the method or analytical tool chosen, a brief narrative of the results obtained if the paper is the result of empirical testing or prepositions if the paper is the result of thinking. This section also contains a literature review that outlines the conceptual foundation of the paper and contains the theoretical reasons why the study/research question in the article is proposed. study/research questions in the article are asked.
